My Account
  Why do I have to register to place an order through PoochLove?
We require users to register to make the order process as convenient and fast as possible. After you place an order, we’ll store your information so you do not have to repeatedly reenter your information. You will also be notified when your purchase has been shipped.
  Can you tell me how I can log into my account?
To log into your account, click on the link at the top of the page called "My Account". You will be asked to log in using your email address and password. Once you have logged in you have the option of changing your password and keeping track of recently placed orders.
  I lost my password, how can I find out what it is?
Please contact our Support Department; they will be able to assist you in this problem.
  Can I change my password?
Yes. You will need to login to your account and click on the link on the left that allows you to change your password.
  Can I close or delete my account?
No. You may leave your account in-active but all customers that make a purchase through PoochLove are required to have an account.

Returns & Exchange
  What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
Within 10 days of placing your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact our support depart requesting a refund for your purchase. We will offer a full reimbursement for your purchase only. We do not refund shipping charges nor do we pay for return shipping charges. We suggest returning your product with UPS. Products that require a refund will need to be returned in new, un-used condition with the product still in it's packaging. We are not able to refund products that have been used.

If you require an exchange instead of a refund, you may contact our support department stating so. You will need to ship the product back to us in new and un-used condition. We will than return the exchanged product back to you. Shipments back to you will be paid by us for the first return if it weighs the same or less than your original purchase. After the first exchange we will re-bill your for additional shipping charges.

Puchasing
  How do I purchase an item?
To purchase an item, find the item by browsing our categories or using our product search feature, click on the product and view the product’s details. Enter the quantity of that product you would like to order and click the “Add to Cart” button. After you add the item to your cart, your shopping cart will be displayed. If you want to continue shopping, find other products you’re interested in and add those to your cart. When you’re ready to checkout, click the “Checkout” button. If this is your first time placing an order, you will need to register; otherwise, you can simply login. You will then be asked for your billing and shipping address, credit card information, and shipping method.
  What credit cards do you accept for payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
  Product Availability
If your product becomes unavailable after you have made your purchase, we will notify you of this problem and give you the option to cancel your order or ship it when it does become available.
  What is my pet's size?
We cannot tell your pets size without knowing the measurements. Determining your pets sized based on weight and breed will be inaccurate. Take a look at our sizing chart for more information on how to measure your pet. You may than contact us if you would like us to double check the sizing is correct for your pet.
  Sales Tax
All prices are subject to change without notice. California State residents are automatically charged sales tax upon checkout.
  Can I place my order through the mail and pay with a personal check or money order?
We do accept orders through traditional mail. However, we do not accept cash. You may pay by money order or personal check. Before placing an order through mail please contact the sale’s department to get a total for your order before you send us payment.

Delivery & Shipping
  How soon do you ship my products?
All orders before 3:00pm (PST) are shipped the same day.
  What does "Usually ships within 24 to 48 hours" mean?
This means that your product will leave our warehouse within that time frame. It does not mean you will receive your purchase within 24 to 48 hours.
  What is your standard method of shipping?
Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground.
  Can you ship my purchase through a faster method?
Yes. If you are not located within California, we can upgrade your shipping method for an additional charge. After placing your order you will need to contact our support department and notify them that you will need your purchase sooner. We will than let you know the additional shipping charges and if you agree to them we will charge your credit card the extra fees than ship your purchase to you.
  Why am I being charged for shipping?
PoochLove is a small company and cannot offer free shipping. If a delay in shipping your purchase occurs, we will upgrade your shipment in order for you to receive it as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and will notify you if such a problem occurs.
  How much will shipping cost?
Shipping prices vary depending upon a number of factors, such as location, weight, etc. To figure out exactly how much shipping will cost go through the checkout process and you will see a list of shipping methods and prices.
  Do you ship to PO Box?
Yes. We will ship your product through USPS through this exception. We will inform you when your purchase has shipped however we may not be able to offer you a tracking number.
  Do you ship to APO/PPO address?
Yes we do. In such cases, we can only ship your product through USPS. We will inform you when your purchase has shipped however we will not be able to offer you a tracking number.
  What is your delivery time?
Delivery time for all in-stock products take up to 15 days.
  Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Though our online checkout does not support international orders we suggest you call us or contact us via email regarding your order. In such cases we ship via USPS/EMS therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery date. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products when shipping internationally. Any additional shipping fees will need to be paid by you. We reserve the right to charge the additional fee's without notice in order to speed up shipment. 
  Can you ship my product to someone else instead of shipping to me?
Yes. You have the option of sending your product to someone else apart from you. In order to do this, enter your Billing information and enter the person you would like to ship to in the "Shipping" field.
  Do you offer gift options?
We currently don't. In the future we will offer the option of gift wrap and gift certificates.

Wholesale Infomation
  Can you offer me your apparel and accessories at wholesale price?
Unfortunately we cannot offer this option. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  Are there any products you offer at a wholesale price at this time?
Unfortunately we no longer offer any of our products wholesale. We have no plans on offering our products wholesale in the near future.
  Can you drop ship your products for me?
No. We no longer offer our products wholesale so we cannot drop ship products for you.
